Do I have to register on the site to make a purchase?
Yes, to place an order you need to create a customer account on our website. Once you have registered, simply add the products you want to buy to your shopping cart and follow all the steps to successfully complete your purchase. You will receive a confirmation in your email as soon as you finalize the order.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in your customer account. Click on “Order History and Details”.
Where can I access the tracking of my order?
You can check the tracking of your order in the e-mail you received as soon as the order was sent, or in your customer account. Click on “Order History and Details” and then select the order you want. Tracking will be at the bottom of the page.
What payment methods are available?
The payment methods available are:
- Bank transfer.
- Credit card.
- ATM reference.
- MB Way.
What are the average preparation and delivery times?
Our preparation time is between 3 and 5 working days. After dispatch, the average delivery times are:
- Mainland Portugal: between 1 and 5 working days.
- Madeira and Azores archipelago: between 5 and 10 working days.
- European Union (except Portugal): between 5 and 10 working days.
- Rest of the World: approximately 12 working days (does not include the time taken for customs and/or other logistical procedures in the destination countries).
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. You need to send an e-mail requesting this to Customer Support: info@docnutry.com.
Can I return my order?
Returns will only be possible if your item does not contain medicines, medical devices, food supplements, foodstuffs, equipment and articles for personal use, hygiene products and dermo-cosmetics. The deadline for returns is 14 calendar days from the date the order was received. To make a return, please visit the After-Sales Service page.
What are the average reimbursement times?
Refunds are made up to 14 days after the date of the return/cancellation notice. In the event of a return, the refund will only be made once the returned goods have been received and checked. The cost of the return is borne by the customer.
How can I delete my account?
To have your data deleted from our database, please send an e-mail to Customer Support: online@farmacianovadamaia.pt.
I’m having problems with my order, what can I do?
In the event of a problem with your order, you should contact Customer Support: online@farmacianovadamaia.pt. Make sure you add all the information (order reference, images, explanation of the problem) in a single e-mail, so as to speed up the process of our team helping you and avoid multiple e-mail exchanges.
Can I place an order online and pick it up in the physical store?
Yes, all orders placed on the website can be picked up at our premises. You should select this option when finalizing your order. As soon as the order is available for collection, you will receive a confirmation email.
How can I be sure that the purchase has been completed successfully?
When your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with confirmation and the order reference. If you do not receive confirmation of your purchase (first check your SPAM box), please contact Customer Support: online@farmacianovadamaia.pt.
