In the event of a dispute that does not concern the dispensing of medications or medical devices, nor the provision of pharmaceutical services, the consumer may turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity for consumer disputes.

Furthermore, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of May 21, 2013, the Consumer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Although DocNutry has not voluntarily joined any consumer dispute arbitration center, it is legally bound to arbitration or mediation in the case of consumer disputes of minor economic value and, therefore, less than €5,000 (five thousand euros), whenever, at the consumer’s express request, such disputes are submitted to an arbitral tribunal affiliated with the entities mentioned above.
