Vitamin B Complex 30 capsules – Ecogenetics is a food supplement with B-complex vitamins, including B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12, as well as other compounds such as inositol, choline and PABA. In general, B-complex vitamins take part in multiple metabolic processes. Therefore, this product is intended to supplement the daily intake of these vitamins when necessary.

What it is used for

Vitamin B Complex 30 capsules – Ecogenetics is used as a supplement to support the intake of B-complex vitamins. In addition, several B-complex vitamins contribute to energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system, depending on the vitamin in question. On the other hand, some B-complex vitamins take part in the normal formation of red blood cells and in homocysteine metabolism. In this way, it may be useful in situations of insufficient intake or increased needs, always with appropriate guidance.

Composition or Main Characteristics

Each capsule of Vitamin B Complex 30 capsules – Ecogenetics provides, among others, the following active substances and nutrients. Additionally, it includes specific forms such as methylcobalamin (B12) and Quatrefolic® (folate).

• Vitamin B3 (niacin): 100 mg (625% NRV)
• Vitamin B1 (thiamine): 50 mg (4545% NRV)
• Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid): 50 mg (833% NRV) and calcium: 4,34 mg (0,57% NRV)
• Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): 20 mg (1429% NRV)
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate): 1,4 mg (100% NRV)
• Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin): 500 µg (20000% NRV)
• Vitamin B7 (biotin): 300 µg (600% NRV)
• Vitamin B9 (folate) (Quatrefolic®): 200 µg (100% NRV)
• Inositol: 26,42 mg; PABA: 20 mg; choline: 8 mg

Directions for use

Adults: take 1 capsule per day, with water, preferably during a meal. However, follow the recommendation of a healthcare professional when applicable. Therefore, do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
