Thermogenic Complex 60 vegetable capsules – Solgar is a food supplement with plant extracts, nutrients and a mineral. The formula includes green coffee (Svetol®), green tea, cayenne pepper, black pepper (BioPerine®), as well as choline, L-methionine, inositol and chromium (Chromax®). It comes in vegetable capsules, suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, and is intended for adults.

It therefore provides chromium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. In addition, it provides plant extracts and nutrients frequently used in nutritional support formulas.

However, this supplement does not replace a varied diet. Therefore, it should be part of a healthy lifestyle, with a balanced diet and physical exercise.

Composition or Main Characteristics

Each daily dose of Thermogenic Complex 60 vegetable capsules – Solgar corresponds to 2 vegetable capsules. It therefore provides:

• Green coffee bean extract (Svetol®): 400 mg
• Choline (bitartrate): 25 mg
• L-methionine: 50 mg
• Green tea 4:1 extract: 50 mg (equivalent to 200 mg of leaf; 7.5 mg of EGCG)
• Cayenne pepper: 50 mg
• Inositol: 25 mg
• Black pepper extract (BioPerine®): 5 mg
• Chromium (picolinate) (Chromax®): 150 µg (375% NRV)

Additionally, the formula is gluten-free and uses capsules of vegetable origin. Likewise, the product is Kosher PARVE, according to the certification indicated by the manufacturer.

Directions for use

Take 2 vegetable capsules per day, preferably with meals. Do not take on an empty stomach. Therefore, follow the recommended daily dose and do not exceed it.

Important information

Thermogenic Complex 60 vegetable capsules – Solgar should not be consumed by pregnant women, breastfeeding women and people under 18 years of age. In addition, it is not advisable to consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of EGCG. Furthermore, it should not be consumed if, on the same day, you consume other products containing green tea.
