Selenium Ace 60 capsules – Naturmil is a food supplement that combines selenium, antioxidant vitamins and B-complex vitamins, as well as borage oil. In this way, it provides nutrients that take part in the normal functioning of the body, particularly in protecting cells against oxidative stress and in energy metabolism.

What it is used for

Selenium Ace 60 capsules – Naturmil contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, through selenium and vitamin C. In addition, vitamin C, vitamin E and selenium take part in the protection of cells against unwanted oxidation. On the other hand, B-complex vitamins, such as vitamin B2, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid, support energy-producing metabolism. Additionally, vitamin A (from beta-carotene) contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.

Composition or Main Features

Selenium Ace 60 capsules – Naturmil has a formulation with selected nutrients. Thus, it combines antioxidant vitamins with minerals and plant-based lipids.

• Selenium: takes part in the normal functioning of the immune system and in cellular protection against oxidative stress.
• Vitamins A, C and E: contribute to normal physiological functions, including antioxidant protection (C and E) and normal vision (A).
• Borage oil (with GLA): provides essential fatty acids, forming part of the lipid composition of the formula.
• Magnesium: takes part in energy metabolism and normal muscle function.
• B-complex vitamins (B2, B6 and pantothenic acid): contribute to energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (B2 and pantothenic acid).

Nutritional information per 2 capsules: Selenium 110 µg (200% NRV), Beta-carotene 2010 µg RE (250% NRV in vitamin A), Vitamin C 80 mg (100% NRV), Vitamin E 24 mg α-TE (200% NRV), Borage Oil 650.24 mg, Magnesium 112.5 mg (30% NRV), Pantothenic Acid 12 mg (200% NRV), Vitamin B2 2.8 mg (200% NRV), Vitamin B6 2.8 mg (200% NRV).

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule after lunch and 1 capsule after dinner. Therefore, the daily intake corresponds to 2 capsules, unless otherwise indicated by a healthcare professional. Swallow with water and maintain a regular routine.

Important information

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. However, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a doctor or pharmacist before using Selenium Ace 60 capsules – Naturmil. Do not consume at the same time as anticoagulants. In addition, lipid-lowering agents may reduce the absorption of selenium, and the presence of iron may reduce the bioavailability of vitamin E.
