Silicius Orgânico – 30 capsules – DietMed is a food supplement in capsule form, formulated with organic silicon from bamboo extract and with biotin, zinc, selenium and manganese. In general, this combination includes nutrients with authorised claims for the maintenance of structures such as skin, hair, nails and bones, as well as contributing to the protection of cells against unwanted oxidation.

What it is used for

Silicius Orgânico – 30 capsules – DietMed is intended to supplement the diet with selected micronutrients. Thus, biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. In addition, biotin, selenium and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair.

Likewise, selenium and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal nails. On the other hand, manganese and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Additionally, manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissues. However, this supplement does not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

In particular, manganese, selenium and zinc contribute to the protection of cells against unwanted oxidation. In addition, biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

Composition or Main Characteristics

Each capsule of Silicius Orgânico – 30 capsules – DietMed provides:

• Organic silicon: 10.2 mg (from dry extract of Bambusa arundinacea, containing at least 70% organic silica)
• Biotin: 50 µg (100% NRV)
• Manganese: 2 mg (100% NRV)
• Selenium: 55 µg (100% NRV)
• Zinc: 10 mg (100% NRV)

In addition, the formula includes excipients such as microcrystalline cellulose, a gelatin capsule and anti-caking agents. In this way, the product offers a simple and standardised daily intake.

Directions for use

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 capsule per day, preferably before breakfast. Therefore, it is recommended to maintain the daily intake as indicated on the label. However, do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Important information

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, use only after advice from a healthcare professional. In addition, do not take in cases of gastritis or gastroduodenal ulcer, as silicic salts may irritate the gastric mucosa.

On the other hand, do not combine intake with oral anticoagulants. Therefore, if you are taking medication, seek advice before starting the supplement. Store in a dry place away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
