Omega 3-6-9 60 capsules – Naturmil is a food supplement with fish, flaxseed and evening primrose oils, combined with vitamin E. It provides essential and unsaturated fatty acids, including EPA and DHA. In addition, vitamin E helps protect cells against undesirable oxidation.

Composition or Main Features

Each daily dose (2 capsules) of Omega 3-6-9 60 capsules – Naturmil provides:

• Evening Primrose Oil 664 mg, containing GLA 66.4 mg
• Flaxseed Oil 664 mg, containing 65% GLA (equivalent to 431.6 mg)
• Fish Oil 664 mg, containing DHA 79.6 mg and EPA 119.6 mg
• Natural Vitamin E 6.7 mg α-TE (56% NRV)

In addition, the capsule contains gelatine and glycerine. In this way, the product combines lipid sources of plant and marine origin in a single daily dose.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule after lunch and 1 capsule after dinner. However, do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Therefore, use continuously only if your situation justifies it and with appropriate advice.

Important information

Omega 3-6-9 60 capsules – Naturmil should not be used by people with an allergy to any ingredient, including evening primrose or fish oil. In addition, flaxseed is contraindicated in oesophageal, pyloric or intestinal stenosis. Likewise, it is not recommended for individuals with a history of seizures.

Do not use together with oral anticoagulants or with cyclosporine. On the other hand, avoid concomitant use with anaesthetics. If a skin reaction or any other reaction occurs, stop taking it and seek advice.
