Nº 7 Joint & Support Complex 30 Capsules – Solgar is a food supplement in vegetable capsules, formulated with vitamin C, plant extracts and undenatured type II collagen (UC-II®). In general, this combination was developed to complement the daily intake of nutrients and plant-based compounds, as part of a healthy lifestyle.

What it is used for

Nº 7 Joint & Support Complex 30 Capsules – Solgar is intended for adults looking for nutritional support for the maintenance and comfort of joints. In addition, vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of bones and cartilage. Furthermore, vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Therefore, the product can be included in supplementation routines during periods of greater physical demand. However, it does not replace a varied and balanced diet.

Composition or Main Features

Each capsule of Nº 7 Joint & Support Complex 30 Capsules – Solgar includes selected and standardised ingredients. In addition, the formula contains no gluten and does not include starch, yeast, wheat, soy or milk derivatives.

• Vitamin C (Ester-C®, calcium L-ascorbate): 100 mg (125% NRV).
• Boswellia serrata extract (5-Loxin® advanced): 100 mg.
• Curcuma longa extract (4:1): 50 mg (equivalent to 200 mg of root).
• UC-II® standardised cartilage: 40 mg (total collagen 10 mg).
• Salix alba extract (5:1): 35 mg (equivalent to 175 mg of bark).
• Zingiber officinale extract (4:1): 35 mg (equivalent to 140 mg of root).
• Cayenne pepper complex and Bioperine®: 27 mg.

Likewise, the capsule is of vegetable origin (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). However, the product contains anti-caking agents, such as silicon dioxide and vegetable magnesium stearate.

Directions for use

For adults, take 1 vegetable capsule per day, preferably with meals. Alternatively, follow the recommendation of your healthcare professional. Therefore, do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
