Menocare Duo 30+30 Tablets – Calendula is a food supplement in duo format, with 60 tablets in total (30+30). It was developed for women in the menopause stage, bringing together vitamins, minerals, soy isoflavones and plant extracts. Thus, it incorporates a daily intake divided between two tablets, at different times of the day.

Menocare Duo 30+30 Tablets – Calendula is intended to supplement the diet during menopause. In addition, it provides micronutrients that take part in the normal functioning of various body systems. On the other hand, it includes plant extracts traditionally used in well-being routines at this stage, namely to support daily balance.

In general, the presence of B-complex vitamins and magnesium contributes to energy-yielding metabolism. Additionally, zinc, selenium and vitamin C contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress. However, the effect may vary between users, so it is important to maintain appropriate lifestyle habits.

Composition or Main Characteristics

Menocare Duo 30+30 Tablets – Calendula combines one tablet with vitamins, minerals and soy (40% isoflavones) and one tablet with plant extracts. In this way, the formula distributes the components throughout the day.

• Magnesium (100 mg), vitamin C (45 mg), vitamin E (30 mg) and vitamin D (5 µg)
• B vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12 and biotin
• Minerals: zinc, iron, copper, manganese, iodine, selenium and chromium
• Soy (20 mg; 40% isoflavones)
• Plant extracts: sage (300 mg), passionflower (100 mg), green tea (50 mg) and flaxseed (dry extract, 4 mg)

Directions for use

Adults: take 1 Menocare tablet per day, with a glass of water, at lunch. Likewise, take 1 sage tablet per day, with a glass of water, at dinner. Therefore, respect the recommended daily dose and maintain regular intake.
