Mega B Complex 30 tablets – Quest is a food supplement with B-complex vitamins and vitamin C. In addition, it includes choline, inositol and PABA. This formula is intended to complement the daily diet, particularly when a high intake of B vitamins is desired. What it is used for
Mega B Complex 30 tablets – Quest provides vitamins that contribute to energy-yielding metabolism. Consequently, vitamins B2, B3, B6, C and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Composition or Main Characteristics
Each tablet of Mega B Complex 30 tablets – Quest contains, among other nutrients, vitamin C 1000 mg, thiamine (B1) 39 mg, riboflavin (B2) 50 mg, niacin (B3) 50 mg NE, vitamin B6 41 mg, folic acid 400 µg, vitamin B12 50 µg, biotin 50 µg and pantothenic acid 50 mg. In addition, it includes choline bitartrate 50 mg, inositol 50 mg and PABA 50 mg.
