Himalayan Shilajit – 25 g – Osavi is a food supplement in the form of a natural resin (shilajit), traditionally known as mumio. Shilajit results from a long-lasting natural process involving organic and mineral matter. In addition, this product is standardized for fulvic acids and humic acids, components frequently described in the literature on this raw material.

Each recommended daily dose of Himalayan Shilajit – 25 g – Osavi provides 500 mg of shilajit (Asphaltum punjabianum). In addition, the standardization indicates the following ranges per dose:

• Fulvic acids: 40–60% (approx. 200–300 mg)
• Humic acids: 6–18% (approx. 30–90 mg)

Directions for use

In particular, the manufacturer recommends a daily dose of 500 mg, divided into 250 mg twice a day. Before first use, add about half a teaspoon of warm water to the bottle and wait at least 3 hours. Then dissolve 250 mg (mark corresponding to 0.25 g on the stick) in warm water or another warm drink. Thus, repeat the intake twice a day.

Important information

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Additionally, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using Himalayan Shilajit – 25 g – Osavi if you are trying to conceive, during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, under medical supervision, or if you have food allergies. Do not use in children.
