Ferroplant Max – 30 tablets – DietMed is a food supplement with iron, vitamins and a plant extract (Ferroplant®). It has therefore been formulated to supplement the daily intake of micronutrients involved in energy metabolism, blood formation and the normal functioning of the body. In addition, it includes vitamin C, which contributes to iron absorption.

What it is used for

Ferroplant Max – 30 tablets – DietMed provides iron and B-complex vitamins, so it can be used as nutritional support in situations where you want to reinforce the intake of these nutrients. In particular, iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Additionally, iron contributes to the normal transport of oxygen in the body and to the process of cell division. On the other hand, iron contributes to normal cognitive function.

Vitamin C increases iron absorption and also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells. In addition, folic acid contributes to normal blood formation. Vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. However, the suitability of the supplement depends on individual needs.

Composition or Main Features

Per daily dose (1 tablet), Ferroplant Max – 30 tablets – DietMed contains iron, vitamins and plant extracts. In this way, it combines micronutrients with a standardised plant extract.

• Iron (Lipofer® – liposomal micronised iron): 14 mg (100% NRV)
• Vitamin C: 80 mg (100% NRV)
• Vitamin B1: 0.55 mg (50% NRV)
• Vitamin B2: 0.7 mg (50% NRV)
• Vitamin B6: 0.7 mg (50% NRV)
• Folic acid: 100 µg (50% NRV)
• Vitamin B12: 1.25 µg (50% NRV)
• Ferroplant® dry extract: 378 mg (equivalent), with plants such as seaweed, horsetail, nettle, fennel and spinach

In addition, the formula does not include sugars, starch or lactose, according to the manufacturer’s information.

Directions for use

Adults: take 1 tablet per day, preferably before breakfast. It is therefore recommended to maintain regular intake. However, do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
