Onagra 1000 mg 90 capsules – Naturmil is a food supplement based on evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis), obtained from the seeds. This oil naturally provides essential fatty acids, including linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). In addition, the formula includes vitamin E, a nutrient with antioxidant function.

Onagra 1000 mg 90 capsules – Naturmil is used as a source of GLA and other lipids characteristic of evening primrose oil. In general, its use is part of dietary routines during specific stages of a woman’s life, such as premenstrual syndrome and menopause. Each daily intake (2 capsules) provides:

• Evening Primrose Oil (with at least 10% GLA): 2100 mg
• Natural vitamin E: 13.4 mg α-TE (111.6% NRV)

In addition, the capsule contains gelatin and glycerin. On the other hand, evening primrose oil naturally includes glyceric esters of fatty acids, as well as compounds such as phytosterols and carotenoids.

Directions for use
