• Lactase (Aspergillus oryzae) – 1.000 ALU
• Glucoamylase (Aspergillus niger) – 5 AGU
• Invertase (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) – 400 SU
• Lipase (Candida rugosa, Aspergillus niger and Rhizopus oryzae) – 500 FIP
• Diastase (Aspergillus oryzae) – 1.500 DP°
