Daily Multivitamins & Minerals – 60 capsules – Osavi is a food supplement in hard capsules, formulated with a combination of vitamins and minerals. Additionally, it includes carotenoids (lycopene, lutein and zeaxanthin), proanthocyanidins from grape seed extract and BioPerine® (black pepper extract). It is therefore intended to complement the daily diet, without replacing a varied diet.

What it is used for

Daily Multivitamins & Minerals – 60 capsules – Osavi provides micronutrients that contribute to the normal functioning of various bodily functions. For example, vitamin C, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, biotin, pantothenic acid, copper and iodine contribute to energy-yielding metabolism. In addition, vitamin C, B complex vitamins, niacin, biotin and copper contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Likewise, vitamins A, D, C, B6, B12, folate, zinc, copper and selenium contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. However, results depend on dietary context and individual needs.

Composition or Key Features

Each daily serving (1 capsule) includes vitamins and minerals, with nutrient reference values (NRV) indicated on the label. In this way, the formula combines essential micronutrients with additional plant-based components.

• Vitamins: A (800 µg), D3 (10 µg), E (12 mg), C (120 mg), B1 (2.2 mg), B2 (2.8 mg), niacin (32 mg), B6 (2.8 mg), folate (400 µg), B12 (100 µg), biotin (300 µg), pantothenic acid (12 mg).
• Minerals: zinc (10 mg), copper (1 mg), manganese (0.5 mg), selenium (55 µg), chromium (40 µg), molybdenum (50 µg), iodine (150 µg), boron (1 mg).
• Carotenoids: lycopene (1 mg), lutein (1 mg) and zeaxanthin (0.2 mg).
• Extracts: grape seed (25 mg) standardised in proanthocyanidins; BioPerine® (2 mg) standardised in piperine.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule per day, preferably in the morning, after a meal. Swallow with a glass of water. Therefore, maintain the recommended daily intake and avoid exceeding the stated dose.
