• Vitamin C: 80 mg (100% NRV)

• Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), gelatin, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide)

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule per day, preferably before breakfast. However, if necessary, you may take up to 2 capsules per day. Therefore, always follow the recommended daily dose. In addition, swallow the capsule with water.
