Each capsule of Cod Liver Oil 400 mg 90 capsules – Naturmil contains oil of marine origin and selected vitamins. Thus, the formula combines lipids naturally present in the oil with vitamins added in defined amounts.

• Vitamin D3: 5 µg (100% NRV)
• Natural Vitamin E: 0,335 mg α-TE (2,8% NRV)
• Other ingredients: gelatine, glycerine, retinyl palmitate, D-alpha-tocopherol, cholecalciferol

Contains fish. Therefore, it is not suitable for people allergic to this ingredient.

Directions for use

Adults: take 2 capsules, 3 times a day, after meals. Children: take 1 capsule, 3 times a day, after meals. However, do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In general, swallow the capsules with water, without chewing.
