BioActivo Seleno + Q10 120 Tablets is a food supplement that combines coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), selenium and vitamin B2 (riboflavin). In this way, it provides selected nutrients in a convenient daily intake. In addition, the formula includes selenium from yeast (SelenoPrecise®), combined with Q10 capsules.

What it is used for

BioActivo Seleno + Q10 120 Tablets is used as a supplement to the diet, particularly when looking to increase the intake of selenium, vitamin B2 and coenzyme Q10. Selenium contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. On the other hand, vitamin B2 also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and takes part in energy-yielding metabolism.

Coenzyme Q10 is naturally present in the body and in some foods. However, its endogenous synthesis may decrease with age. Therefore, some people choose to supplement their diet with Q10, according to their nutritional needs.

Composition or Main Characteristics

The recommended daily dose (1 capsule + 1 tablet) provides:

• Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone): 100 mg
• Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): 1.4 mg (100% NRV)
• Selenium: 100 µg (182% NRV)

In addition, BioActivo Seleno + Q10 120 Tablets includes Q10 capsules with soybean oil and antioxidant (d-alpha-tocopherol). Additionally, the selenium tablets use selenium yeast SelenoPrecise®. In this way, the formulation separates the components into two daily intake forms.

How to use

Take 1 tablet and 1 capsule per day, with a meal. This makes it easier to integrate into the daily routine. Do not exceed the recommended doses.
