For example, per 15 ml dose, the label indicates 13 mg of silicon, 1.5 mg of zinc (15% NRV) and 0.15 mg of copper (15% NRV). However, the values may vary depending on the daily dose used.

Directions for use

Shake before use by inverting the bottle once. Take in the morning, on an empty stomach. Before the age of 50, take 15 ml per day. After the age of 50, take 45 ml per day for one week and then switch to 15 ml per day. It is recommended to take it for 3 months.
