B-Complex with Choline & Inositol – 120 vegetable capsules – Osavi is a food supplement in vegetable capsules, formulated with a complex of 8 B vitamins, as well as choline (VitaCholine™) and inositol. Therefore, it is intended to supplement the daily intake of these nutrients, particularly when the diet may not provide them in adequate amounts.

B-Complex with Choline & Inositol – 120 vegetable capsules – Osavi provides B-complex vitamins that contribute to the normal functioning of various physiological processes. In addition, the presence of choline and folate complements the formula with nutrients involved in metabolism.

In general, vitamins B1, B3, B6, B7 and B12 contribute to normal psychological function, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to energy-yielding metabolism. On the other hand, vitamins B6, B12 and folate contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Additionally, B2, B6, B12, folate, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Likewise, folate, vitamins B6 and B12 and choline contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.

• Thiamine (Vit. B1): 25 mg (2273% NRV)
• Riboflavin (Vit. B2): 25 mg (1786% NRV)
• Niacin (Vit. B3): 25 mg (156% NRV)
• Vitamin B6: 10 mg (714% NRV)
• Folic acid (Vit. B9): 200 µg (100% NRV)
• Vitamin B12: 100 µg (4000% NRV)
• Biotin (Vit. B7): 100 µg (200% NRV)
• Pantothenic acid: 50 mg (833% NRV)
• Choline (VitaCholine™): 25 mg
• Inositol: 25 mg

Contains a vegetable capsule made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. This makes it suitable for diets that avoid gelatin. The formula also includes inulin as a base ingredient.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule per day, preferably in the morning, after a meal. Swallow with a glass of water. However, do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
