Directions for use

For time difference (jet lag), the beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg of melatonin. Therefore, 1 tablet is recommended shortly before bedtime, on the first day of travel and on the following days after arrival.

For sleep support, take 1 tablet before going to sleep or during the night. However, you may adjust the intake between 1 to 3 tablets per day, according to individual need. Let the tablet dissolve under the tongue and avoid exceeding the recommended daily dose.
