Arkosono Flexi-Dosis 60 Sublingual Tablets

Arkosono® FLEXI-DOSIS is made up of sublingual tablets containing mini doses of Melatonin and Poppy, offering a solution to sleep problems, customized to each person’s specific needs. The Poppy-based formula, which contributes to relaxation and sleep, is reinforced with 0.5mg of Melatonin per tablet. You can adapt the dose to between 1 and 3 tablets, depending on your needs and pace of life (time difference, difficulty falling asleep, night wakings). As well as being very practical, the mini tablets dissolve under the tongue and allow immediate absorption of the active ingredients, promoting rapid action.
Time difference (jet lag): the beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg of Melatonin, equivalent to 1 sublingual tablet shortly before going to bed, on the first day of travel and a few days after arriving at your destination. Sleep: 1 sublingual tablet before bed or during the night. You can take up to 3 tablets depending on your needs.
Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or in children and adolescents. If you are under medical treatment with antidepressants, hypnotics or other sedatives, consult your doctor. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store at a temperature below 25ºC, away from light and moisture.
