ARKOMAG® combines *Magnesium of marine origin and Vitamin B6, which contribute to:
The maintenance of the normal functioning of the nervous system (Magnesium) and psychological functions (Magnesium and Vitamin B6).
The reduction of tiredness and fatigue (Magnesium and Vitamin B6) and the normal maintenance of muscle function (Magnesium), especially during periods of overload.
Lack of magnesium is a source of muscle fatigue, irritability and nervousness
Children aged 6 to 17: 1 capsule a day.
From 18 years old: 2 capsules a day.
Take with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning
