ARKOCAPSULAS Konjac BIO is a food supplement based on Konjac, rich in Glucomannan. Glucomannan contributes to weight loss as part of a low-energy diet. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 3g of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with 1 to 2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-energy diet.
Take 3 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner, with 1 to 2 glasses of water. Take with plenty of water to ensure that the substance reaches the stomach and to avoid possible choking, especially in people with swallowing difficulties.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
