ADEK Vitamins – 90 softgels – Osavi is a food supplement in softgel capsules with fat-soluble vitamins A (in the form of beta-carotene), D3, E and K2, dissolved in coconut MCT oil. In addition, it uses naturally derived sources, including beta-carotene from Dunaliella salina and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
What it is used for
ADEK Vitamins – 90 softgels – Osavi is intended to supplement the daily intake of vitamins A, D, E and K. Therefore, vitamin A and vitamin D contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Additionally, vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D also contributes to the maintenance of normal teeth and to the normal function of muscles. On the other hand, vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, normal skin and normal vision. Likewise, vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Composition or Main Characteristics
Each capsule of ADEK Vitamins – 90 softgels – Osavi therefore provides defined doses of fat-soluble vitamins, with lipid support for taking with food.
- Vitamin A (beta-carotene): 800 µg (100% NRV)
- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 25 µg / 1000 IU (500% NRV)
- Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol): 12 mg (100% NRV)
- Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, MK-7): 75 µg (100% NRV)
Ingredients: MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides), capsule (bovine gelatin, humectants: glycerol and sorbitol, water), thickener: beeswax, beta-carotene, D-alpha-tocopherol, emulsifier: lecithins (sunflower), menaquinone-7, cholecalciferol.
Directions for use
Take 1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal or immediately after. Thus, swallow the capsule with a glass of water. However, do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Important information
ADEK Vitamins – 90 softgels – Osavi contains vitamin A; therefore, do not take during pregnancy. However, if you are breastfeeding, under medical supervision or have food allergies, seek professional advice before use.
People taking anticoagulants should consult a healthcare professional before using supplements with vitamin K. In addition, food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
