In addition, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of May 21, 2013, consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Although Docnuty has not voluntarily joined any arbitration center for consumer disputes, it is legally bound to arbitration or mediation, in the case of consumer disputes of low economic value and therefore less than €5,000 (five thousand euros), whenever, at the express option of the consumer, they are submitted to the arbitration court attached to the aforementioned entities.
