Cimicifuga root is known for relieving hot flushes and night sweats associated with the menopause, particularly in the case of intense symptoms. It also helps to calm other symptoms (irritability, tiredness, sleep problems) and restore mental comfort so that you can experience the menopause more serenely. Arkocapsules® Cimicifuga are hormone-free.
1 capsule in the evening to take with a large glass of water. Depending on your discomfort, you can take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening.
