From the age of 15. It is recommended to follow one of these two programs every month:
TO BE TAKEN AT TIME Intensive maintenance program: Take 1 dose a day with breakfast for 2 weeks a month, leaving a week’s rest in between.
TO BE TAKEN LONG TERM: Monthly maintenance program: Take 1 dose a day with breakfast for 1 week a month.
