Omega 3 1000 mg 90 capsules – Naturmil provides EPA and DHA, which contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Additionally, DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and to the maintenance of normal vision.

On the other hand, this supplement can be integrated into a balanced diet routine. In this way, it supports regular omega-3 intake when the diet is insufficient.

Each recommended daily intake (2 capsules) of Omega 3 1000 mg 90 capsules – Naturmil provides:

• Natural vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol): 20 mg α-TE (166.6% NRV)
• Other ingredients: gelatin and glycerin

Directions for use
