Vitamin C Strong 60 tablets – Naturmil is a food supplement with vitamin C, echinacea, zinc and selenium. In general, this combination brings together nutrients and extracts used in nutritional support formulas. In addition, vitamin C and selenium take part in functions associated with cellular protection against oxidation.

What it is used for

Vitamin C Strong 60 tablets – Naturmil is intended to supplement the diet with vitamin C (1000 mg) and selected micronutrients. Thus, vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and to the normal formation of collagen, important for the normal function of cartilage, bones, skin and blood vessels. Additionally, vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and helps with iron absorption. On the other hand, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Likewise, vitamin C, zinc and selenium contribute to the protection of cells against unwanted oxidation.

Composition or Main Characteristics

Vitamin C Strong 60 tablets – Naturmil has a formula with vitamins, minerals and plant extract. Therefore, each tablet provides:

• Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid): 1000 mg (1250% NRV)
• Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea, root): 50 mg
• Zinc (zinc oxide): 10 mg (100% NRV)
• Selenium (sodium selenite): 82,5 µg (150% NRV)

In addition, it includes excipients such as microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide. Therefore, the daily intake provides a high amount of vitamin C, with minerals in reference doses.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet per day, with water, preferably during a meal. However, if necessary, you may take up to 2 tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Therefore, maintain a consistent intake routine to support adherence.

Vitamin C Strong 60 tablets – Naturmil does not replace a varied and balanced diet, nor a healthy lifestyle. However, use should be avoided in case of altered kidney function, including oxalic or uric urinary lithiasis, and in kidney failure. In addition, it is not recommended in situations involving iron storage disorders, such as thalassaemia or haemochromatosis. In particular, it is not recommended in case of autoimmune diseases.
