Forsolar Intensive 30 Capsules is a food supplement with selected nutrients and carotenoids to be included in the routine before, during and after periods of sun exposure. Thus, the formula combines selenium and vitamin E, as well as copper, beta-carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin. Therefore, it is intended for adults and adolescents from 15 years of age, as part of a varied diet.

What it is used for

Forsolar Intensive 30 Capsules is used as nutritional support during periods of exposure to the sun or artificial UV radiation. In particular, selenium and vitamin E contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress. In addition, copper contributes to normal skin pigmentation. Additionally, carotenoids such as beta-carotene, and pigments such as lutein, are included in the composition with a focus on the nutritional preparation of the skin.

Composition or Main Characteristics

Forsolar Intensive 30 Capsules combines vegetable oils, extracts and micronutrients. In this way, the formula includes ingredients with complementary nutritional functions. However, the product does not replace photoprotection measures.

• Selenium and vitamin E: contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
• Copper: contributes to normal skin pigmentation.
• Beta-carotene (vitamin A), lutein and zeaxanthin: carotenoids/pigments present in the formulation.
• Borage, sunflower, sesame and argan oils: lipid matrix of the capsule.
• Tomato and black pepper extracts: plant components included in the formula.

Likewise, the capsule contains gelatin, glycerol and colourants (iron oxides). On the other hand, the presence of sesame should be considered by people with allergies.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule per day, during a meal. Start 15 days before sun exposure, continue during and keep taking it after exposure. Therefore, follow the recommended daily intake and maintain regular use.

Important information

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In addition, food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Avoid sun exposure during the hours of greatest intensity; however, always use a suitable sunscreen.
