BioActivo Omega-7 – 60 Capsules is a food supplement based on sea buckthorn oil (berries and seeds), with the standardised extract SBA24®. In addition, it naturally provides omega-3, omega-6, omega-7 and omega-9 fatty acids, as well as vitamin A (from beta-carotene) and vitamin E. In this way, it fits in as nutritional support in situations where there is a desire to increase the intake of these nutrients.

What it is used for

BioActivo Omega-7 – 60 Capsules is used as a complement to the diet to provide vitamin A, which contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. Therefore, it may be considered in nutritional support routines associated with mucous membranes such as those of the oral cavity, respiratory tract and eye area. In addition, vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against unwanted oxidation.

Composition or Main Characteristics

BioActivo Omega-7 – 60 Capsules has a composition centred on sea buckthorn oil and a lipid profile with several fatty acids. In addition, it includes antioxidants and vitamins for stability and nutritional intake.

• SBA24®: standardised extract of sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides L.).
• Fatty acid profile with omega-7, as well as omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9.
• Vitamin A (from beta-carotene): contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.
• Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol): contributes to antioxidant protection.
• Rosemary extract: used as an antioxidant.
• Capsule with technological agents, including carrageenan and glycerol.

In general, the formula does not include gluten, sugar, yeast or artificial colourings, according to the manufacturer’s information.

Directions for use

Take with a meal, with water. For the first 2 weeks, take 2 capsules, 2 times a day (total 4 capsules/day). Afterwards, take 1 capsule, 2 times a day (total 2 capsules/day).
