Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones. On the other hand, vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Composition or Main Characteristics

The recommended daily dose (2 tablets) provides:

• Calcium: 1.000 mg (125% NRV)
• Vitamin D3: 10 µg (200% NRV)
• Vitamin K (K1 and K2): 70 µg (93% NRV)

In addition, the formula includes calcium carbonate and sweeteners such as sorbitol and xylitol. It also contains technological agents and mint flavouring. It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians, which may be relevant for specific dietary choices.

Directions for use

Take 2 tablets per day, with a meal. The tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole. It is recommended to take them preferably before bedtime. However, if you take two tablets per day, you may choose to take them at separate times, with different meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
