Chitosan Plus 120 Capsules – Now is a food supplement in capsule form, formulated with chitosan (LipoSan ULTRA®) and chromium. In general, chitosan is a fiber of marine origin, obtained from crustaceans. In addition, the formula includes chromium, a mineral with recognized functions in metabolism. This product is intended for adults and fits into a balanced dietary routine.

What it is used for

Chitosan Plus 120 Capsules – Now was developed to complement the intake of fiber and chromium. Thus, chromium contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and plays a role in maintaining normal blood glucose levels. On the other hand, chitosan is a fiber that, within the context of the diet, may help with the nutritional management of meals with a fat content. However, results depend on dietary patterns and lifestyle.

Composition or Main Characteristics

Each capsule provides LipoSan ULTRA® chitosan and chromium. Additionally, the formulation uses technological excipients for stability and encapsulation.

• LipoSan ULTRA® Chitosan: 500 mg per capsule
• Chromium: 100 µg per capsule
• Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica
• Allergenic source: contains derivatives of crustaceans (shrimp)

Likewise, the composition does not include sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs or preservatives, according to the manufacturer’s information.

Directions for use

Take 3 capsules per day, before main meals, with water. However, the recommended interval with certain products should be respected. Therefore, take at least 4 hours before ingesting fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) and/or medicines. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily.
