Prenatal Gels + DHA – 180 Softgels – Now is a food supplement in softgels, formulated with a complex of vitamins and minerals, combined with fish oil (source of DHA and EPA) and borage oil (source of GLA). In addition, it includes nutrients such as iron, folate and iodine, commonly considered in prenatal supplementation. Each pack contains 180 softgels, corresponding to 60 servings.

In this way, it provides micronutrients that participate in the normal functioning of physiological processes, including tissue formation and energy metabolism. Additionally, DHA is part of the composition of cellular structures, being an omega-3 fatty acid relevant in dietary intake.

Composition or Main Features

The formula of Prenatal Gels + DHA – 180 Softgels – Now combines vitamins, minerals and nutritional lipids. Therefore, the daily serving (3 softgels) includes, among others, the following components:

• Concentrated fish oil (650 mg), with DHA (250 mg) and EPA (90 mg)
• Iron (27 mg) and folate (800 mcg, as folic acid)
• Iodine (150 mcg), zinc (15 mg) and selenium (70 mcg)
• Vitamins A, C, D, E and K, as well as B-complex vitamins
• Borage oil (125 mg), with GLA (25 mg)
• Choline and inositol in complementary amounts

Likewise, the softgel contains bovine gelatin. On the other hand, the product contains fish (tuna, anchovies) and soy.

Directions for use

Take 3 softgels per day, with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. It is therefore recommended to maintain regular intake and follow the indicated daily dose. However, it does not replace a varied and balanced diet.
