Creatine, Mushrooms & Rhodiola, Cherry & Strawberry – 300 g – Osavi is a powdered food supplement, with a cherry and strawberry flavour. It combines creatine monohydrate, extracts of three mushrooms (Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps and Chaga), Rhodiola rosea, as well as vitamin B6, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and zinc. In addition, it uses a sweetener of natural origin, from stevia.

What it is used for

Creatine, Mushrooms & Rhodiola, Cherry & Strawberry – 300 g – Osavi is intended to supplement the diet of adults, particularly in contexts of physical activity and demanding routines. Creatine contributes to increased physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. However, this beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Additionally, zinc contributes to normal cognitive function and to the protection of cells from unwanted oxidation. Vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Thus, the formula includes micronutrients with recognised functions in metabolism and in the normal functioning of the body.

Composition or Main Characteristics

Each daily serving (1 scoop) of Creatine, Mushrooms & Rhodiola, Cherry & Strawberry – 300 g – Osavi provides:

• Creatine monohydrate: 5000 mg (of which creatine 4400 mg)
• Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) fruiting body extract, DER 10:1: 1000 mg, standardised to 30% beta-glucans
• Cordyceps sinensis fruiting body extract, DER 10:1: 1000 mg, standardised to 30% beta-glucans
• Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) fruiting body extract, DER 10:1: 500 mg, standardised to 30% beta-glucans
• Rhodiola rosea root extract, DER 3–4:1: 300 mg, standardised to 3% rosavins and 1% salidroside
• Vitamin B6: 6 mg; Pantothenic acid: 6 mg; Zinc: 10 mg

In general, the formula includes natural flavourings and an acidity regulator. On the other hand, it does not use sugar as the main sweetener, relying on steviol glycosides.

Directions for use

Dissolve 1 scoop (10 g) of Creatine, Mushrooms & Rhodiola, Cherry & Strawberry – 300 g – Osavi in 250 ml of water, once a day. This gives you a ready-to-drink beverage. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
