Daily Omega – 1600mg Omega 3 (Natural Lemon) – 500 ml. – Osavi is a liquid food supplement based on fish oil from Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua), obtained from sustainable fishing. In addition, it has a high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA and DHA, in the form of triglycerides (TG), often used in lipid supplements. The natural lemon flavour makes daily intake easier.

Therefore, DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. On the other hand, EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. In general, the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

This supplement provides omega-3 in a defined daily dose. Additionally, it has a nutritional profile compatible with a pure oil, with no carbohydrates, proteins or salt.

Directions for use

Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day. Preferably, take with a meal or immediately afterwards. In this way, intake is more easily integrated into the daily diet. Shake before use, if necessary, to homogenise the contents.
