Daily Omega – 1600mg Omega 3 (Natural Lemon) – 250 ml. – Osavi is a food supplement in liquid form, obtained from Atlantic cod fish oil (Gadus morhua), sourced from sustainable fishing. It provides a concentrated profile of omega-3 fatty acids, with EPA and DHA in the form of triglycerides (TG). In addition, the natural lemon flavour makes daily intake easier.

What it is used for

Daily Omega – 1600mg Omega 3 (Natural Lemon) – 250 ml. – Osavi is intended to supplement the diet with EPA and DHA. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. On the other hand, EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. It can therefore be included in a nutritional routine, particularly when fish intake is low.

The beneficial effect for the heart is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. However, the suitability of intake should take into account the overall diet and individual needs.

Composition or Main Characteristics

Each daily serving (1 teaspoon = 5 ml) provides:

• Fish oil: 4600 mg
• Total omega-3: 1600 mg
• EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid): 700 mg
• DHA (docosahexaenoic acid): 600 mg
• Other omega-3: 300 mg

From a nutritional point of view, 5 ml provides 4,6 g of fat and 41 kcal. Additionally, it contains no carbohydrates, sugars, fibre, protein or salt, according to the nutritional information provided.

Directions for use

Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day. It is recommended to take it with a meal or immediately afterwards. This way, intake is easily integrated into the daily routine.
