Hair & Nail – 90 Capsules – Bi-Life is a food supplement in capsule form, formulated with minerals, vitamins, amino acids and plant extracts. • Zinc 12.5 mg (125% NRV) and Selenium 50 µg (91% NRV), which contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
• Copper 750 µg (75% NRV), which contributes to normal hair pigmentation.
• Vitamins: Vitamin C 40 mg, Vitamin E 12 mg, Vitamin B3 16 mg, B5 6 mg, B6 2.45 mg, B2 1.75 mg, B9 200 µg and Biotin 75 µg.
• Amino acids: L-cystine 200 mg, L-taurine 100 mg, L-lysine 80 mg and L-arginine 80 mg.
• Other components: MSM 50 mg, inositol 25 mg, and extracts of horsetail and nettle (30 mg each).

Likewise, the formula is gluten-free and lactose-free. However, it is not indicated as a vegan option, despite using a vegetable capsule.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule per day, with a glass of water, during a meal. Therefore, follow the indicated daily intake and do not exceed the recommended dose.
