Carnozin 30 tablets – Quest is a food supplement with a Zinc-Carnosine complex, developed to support the normal functioning of the digestive system, as part of a balanced diet. In addition, it features a chelated formula focused on bioavailability. Each tablet provides 75 mg of Zinc-Carnosine, including 17 mg of zinc (170% NRV) and 58 mg of L-carnosine. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Carnozin 30 tablets – Quest is intended to supplement the intake of zinc and L-carnosine. Directions for use

Important information

Carnozin 30 tablets – Quest is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. In addition, prolonged intake of zinc above 25 mg/day may lead to anaemia. Therefore, avoid combining it with other zinc supplements without advice.

Additionally, the Zinc-Carnosine complex may interact with some medicines. Therefore, inform your healthcare professional if you use proton pump inhibitors, H2 blockers, antacids or antibiotics. In particular, people with diabetes should use it with blood glucose monitoring.
