• Magnesium glycerophosphate (255 mg) and calcium carbonate (158 mg) per tablet
• Brewer’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) 45 mg
• Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) 35 mg and wild rose (Rosa canina) 25 mg
• Dry extracts of wheat germ, linden and lemon balm (10 mg each)
• Zinc citrate 0,16 mg

Additionally, 3 tablets provide: Calcium 396 mg (49,5% NRV), Phosphorus 176 mg (25,1% NRV), Magnesium 76,5 mg (20,4% NRV) and Zinc 0,16 mg (1,6% NRV).

Directions for use

Oral use. Chew or allow 1 tablet to dissolve, 1 to 3 times a day, as needed. Therefore, it is recommended to take it away from meals. Do not exceed the stated daily dose.

Important information

Serenium A 32 tablets contains sweeteners. Therefore, excessive consumption may cause laxative effects. Likewise, food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied diet.
