Complexo 6 Feroligo – 100ML – Bioligo is a food supplement in an oral drop solution, with selected minerals and plant extracts. It was developed to complement micronutrient intake, particularly in situations where the diet may not ensure an adequate supply. In addition, it comes in a 100 ml bottle and is intended for oral administration.
What it is used for
Complexo 6 Feroligo – 100ML – Bioligo is used as a mineral supplement, including iron, copper, iodine, manganese and molybdenum. In this way, it may contribute to the normal functioning of physiological processes associated with these nutrients. On the other hand, the presence of plant extracts integrates the formulation within the scope of oligotherapy.
In general, this type of supplement may be considered when there is a need for nutritional support. However, its use should be part of a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Composition or Main Characteristics
Each 6 ml contains, among other components, the following nutrients with indication of NRV (Nutrient Reference Value):
- Copper: 0,901 mg (90% NRV)
- Iron: 1,187 mg (8,5% NRV)
- Iodine: 0,073 mg (49% NRV)
- Manganese: 0,938 mg (47% NRV)
- Molybdenum: 0,045 mg (90% NRV)
- Watercress mother tincture: 0,88%
Additionally, the formula includes water, maltose syrup, mineral salts and extracts such as juniper and stinging nettle. However, the product contains alcohol (approx. 4,94%). It is also indicated as gluten-free.
Directions for use
Shake before use. Take undiluted, before or away from meals. Keep in the mouth for about 30 seconds and swallow.
Adults: 2 ml (40 drops), 1 to 5 times a day. Therefore, the daily intake should follow the indication on the label.
Children: 1 ml (20 drops), 1 to 5 times a day. Accordingly, adjust the frequency as advised by a healthcare professional.

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. However, as it contains maltose syrup, people with diabetes should use it only with blood glucose monitoring.
