Yes, to place an order you must create a customer account on our website. After registering, simply add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and follow all the steps to complete your purchase successfully. You will receive confirmation by email once you have completed your order.

The available payment methods are:

What are the average preparation and delivery times?

Our preparation time is 3 to 5 business days. After shipping, the average delivery times are:

  • Mainland Portugal: between 1 and 5 working days.
  • Madeira and Azores archipelago: between 5 and 10 working days.
  • European Union (except Portugal): between 5 and 10 working days.
  • Rest of the World: approximately 12 business days (does not include time spent on customs procedures and/or other logistical procedures in destination countries).

Can I cancel my order?

Can I return my order?

Returns are only possible if your item is not a medicine, medical device, dietary supplement, food, personal care equipment or articles, hygiene products or dermocosmetics. The deadline for returns is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To make a return, you must access the After-Sales Service page.

What are the average refund times?

Refunds are made up to 14 days after the date of notice of return/cancellation of the order. In the case of returns, the refund is made only after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. The cost of the return is borne by the customer.

Yes, all orders placed on the website can be collected from our premises. You must select this option when finalizing your order. As soon as the order is available for collection, you will receive a confirmation email.
