Goldrink Premium Lemon 600gr – Gold Nutrition is a powdered food supplement intended for the preparation of a drink with carbohydrates and electrolytes. In general, it is used during prolonged physical exercise, when fluid replacement may also require energy and mineral salts. As such, it may contribute to the replacement of mineral salts lost through perspiration. On the other hand, the presence of magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and electrolyte balance. Additionally, the combination of carbohydrate sources provides energy gradually, particularly during efforts lasting more than 1 hour.

Composition or Main Characteristics

Goldrink Premium Lemon 600gr – Gold Nutrition features a formulation designed for intra-workout consumption. However, suitability depends on the type of exercise, intensity and individual needs. Therefore, its use should be included within an appropriate dietary plan.

• Carbohydrates with a 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose, for energy support during exertion.
• Electrolytes, including sodium, chloride and magnesium, relevant for fluid balance.
• Amino acids: BCAAs complex and Glutapep® (alanyl-glutamine peptides), incorporated into the composition.
• Powder format, for dilution in water, with a lemon flavour.

Directions for use

To prepare the drink, add 1 level scoop (40 g) for every 500 ml of water and mix well. Then drink in small sips throughout exercise, for example every 15–20 minutes. For efforts lasting between 1 and 2 hours, 1 serving per hour may be considered.
