If you need the products you ordered by a specific date, you should always contact Docnutry to see if this is possible.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Docnutry will always make every effort to minimize delivery times. Except during periods of high order volume or holidays, the average times for order preparation and shipping are as follows: <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1- ORDER PREPARATION \u00bb Once your order has been registered and payment has been confirmed, the order enters the preparation phase. This phase takes an average of 3 to 5 business days, starting from the day after payment is received. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2- SHIPPING \u00bb Once the preparation phase is complete, Docnutry ships the order, adhering to the following average shipping times:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; In mainland Portugal, 1 to 5 business days.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; In the Madeira and Azores archipelagos, 5 to 10 business days,<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; In the European Union (except Portugal), between 5 and 10 business days.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Rest of the World: approximately 15 business days (does not include time required for customs clearance and\/or other logistical procedures in the destination countries).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Docnutry ships orders only on business days. The estimated shipping time varies depending on the carrier and the destination of your order. Any delay in the shipment of items, compared to the estimated delivery dates provided, does not entitle you to compensation.
